Reid Snook, One of Magnolia West’s Top Prospects, Looks to Lead the Mustangs To Yet Another Victory Tonight

The Hero We All Need

Reid Snook has always been a fan favorite. After going 4 for 4 Tuesday night, Snook looks to continue to carry the team to an undefeated District run. From the man himself, “Here’s the deal I’m the best there is. Plain and simple. Yes, this team is stellar no doubt. But we wouldn’t be in the position we are today if it weren’t for our dugout”. Snook is referring to what they call “The Best Dugout In The Nation”. With Snook paving a way for the program along with Seth Hayes, John Matocha, JT Phillips, and Zandon Pritchard, the Mustangs have the sufficient ingredients to not only annihilate the Cubs Friday night, but the rest of the District.

Tuesday Recap + More

Magnolia West started the game off in roaring fashion with their iconic display of the “Train of Pain”. The Mustangs made the Cubs’ “ace” look good by only getting a pair of hits the first couple innings. By sticking their bats out, closing their eyes, and hoping for the best, the Cubs were somehow able to manage to score 2 runs against LSU commit, Connor Phillips. With the score tied at 2-2 going into the top of the sixth inning, Zach Wall hits an absolute bomb over the left center fence into Harris County to put the Mustangs up 3-2. After the Cubs failed to hit the ball as usual against Robert Revels, they got to add another loss to their winless season.

The Mustangs are set to send the Cubs home with another loss this Friday at 7pm. Come out to see an impromptu Home Run derby off of the Cubs pitcher and to see the Mustangs continue their undefeated season. Shake and Bake baby!
